Cooper test

This test (named after the Californian fitness expert Dr. Kenneth Cooper) gives an estimation of your conditional state. You run as far as you can within 12 minutes. The distance travelled in meters will determine in what state your condition is. The Cooper test is not suited for people who perform no or very little physical exercise.
